You must not: attempt to overload our servers; use bots to generate artificial traffic; gain unauthorized access to our systems; use the service for illegal activities; reverse engineer or redistribute our software.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SPEEDPRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS ARE COMPLETELY ACCURATE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED. RESULTS ARE ESTIMATES AFFECTED BY FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEEDPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID TO US (ZERO, AS THE SERVICE IS FREE).
All content, design, and software on SpeedPro is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission, except for personal non-commercial use.
We display third-party ads to support the free service. Advertisers are responsible for their ad content. We do not endorse advertised products unless explicitly stated.
We may modify these terms or the service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
